We’ve all consumed processed and chemical foods.

Therefore it is important to detox once in awhile to cleanse your body.

There are many types of detox you can do for your body, but the main three are bowel, liver, and kidney detox. Before detoxing your liver and kidney, you want to detox your bowels first. If your bowel is clogged, detoxing the liver and kidney won’t be as effective. All the toxins from your kidney and liver will be stuck in your bowel and absorbed again into your blood system.

It’s probably best to do it for 5 days but I’ve seen results by doing it only a few days. It’s important to make sure your bowel isn’t clogged because you absorb all the nutrients through the bowel. If you’ve never tried bowel detox, definitely try it at least once. You may feel the difference immediately and it can make you want to detox every year.
